BREAKING: Buhari assigns portfolios to Ministers, names self as Petroleum Minister

President Muhammadu Buhari shocked some Nigerians on Wednesday afternoon when he finally assigned portfolios to the confirmed Ministers of the Federal Republic. This happened at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja during the inauguration of the Federal Executive Council, FEC. The President however announced himself as the substantive Minister of Petroleum Resources.
Below are some of the newly sworn-in Ministers and the portfolios they got:

Abukabar Malimi – Justice
Geoffrey Onyeama – Foreign affairs
Adamu Adamu – Education
Kemi Adeosun – Finance
Okechukwu Enelama – Industry Trade and Investment
Chris Ngige – Labour and Employment
Muhammed Bello – FCT
Udoma Udo Udoma – Budget and National Planning
Ibe kachikwu – Minister of State for Petroleum Resources
Barr. Adebayo Shittu – Communication
Babatunde Fashola – Power, Works and Housing
Audu Ogbe – Agriculture and Rural development
Rotimi Amaechi – Transportation
Aisha Alhassan – Women Affairs
Usani Uguru – Niger-Delta
Lai Muhamed – Information
Kayode Fayemi – Solid Minerals
Ogbonnaya Onu – Science and Technology
Solomon Dalong – Youths and Sports
