Jonathan’s aide expels Deutsche Welle reporter from Villa for asking ‘embarrassing question.

For asking the visiting Chadian President a question aides of President Goodluck Jonathan considered embarrassing, the state House Correspondent of Deutsche Welle, a German Radio state, Ubale Musa had his accreditation withdrawn and ordered out of the Presidential Villa.

Mr Musa, a veteran reporter of the state House dating back to President Olusegun Obasanjo’s regime on Monday had asked the visiting Chadian President the relationship between the multi-national joint task force and mercenaries alleged to be fighting with the Nigerian troop to dislodge the Boko Haram from the north east.

Although the Chadian president denied knowledge of the existence of any mercenary in the North East, it was enough for president Jonathan’s security minions to immediately seize Ubale Musa’s accreditation particulars and escort him out of the villa, after he was guided to retrieve his work tools from the press gallery.

His accreditation was yet to be restored even after the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity Reuben Abati reportedly told a delegation of state House correspondents that the matter would be amicably resolved.
More details soon.
